A couple months ago I decided to do my own 30-Day Primal Blueprint Challenge...

I made a few videos about it on my youtube channel, and I'd like to share one with you today. In this video I stumble my way through the description of the Primal Blueprint Fitness Pyramid. Hopefully you get the idea. At the end of the video, there is beautiful footage of the 8 mile hike I took that day. If you like waterfalls and gorgeous forests, you'll want to make sure to watch the whole thing. Hiking is my preferred form of exercise, and if time allowed, I would hike every day!
