Eat More Greens! Super Green Smoothie Recipe

Start your day off right with this super green smoothie!


I love drinking green smoothies because it's an easy way to get in your greens, fiber, and essential nutrients in a quick, portable way. One of my favorite green smoothie recipes was created by my brother, David. You can vary the amount of greens you want, depending on your personal preference. Just know that you don't need to add as much water if you're not adding as many greens. Check out the video below to see exactly how I do it!


Super Green Smoothie

1 to 6 cups greens of your choice

1/2 to 1/3 Cup coconut milk

1 Cup frozen raspberries

2 TB ground flax seeds

2 raw egg yolks

1 Cup water

Blend in high-speed blender and enjoy!
